Vacuum Freeze Drying Machine is a great food freeze dryer for preserving food and other materials by a freeze drying process. It features a Bitzer refrigeration system and PLC control system to ensure a stable, safe and efficient performance. This A freeze dryer offers a low noise level of ≤60dB and a voltage of 220V/380V/3PH.
The freeze-drying process typically consists of three main steps:
1. Freezing: The first step is to freeze the material or substance that needs to be dried. This is typically done by subjecting the material to very low temperatures, often below its freezing point. Freezing solidifies the water content in the material, forming ice crystals.
2. Sublimation: Once the material is frozen, the freeze dryer creates a vacuum environment. The pressure is reduced, and heat is applied to the material. As the pressure decreases and heat is introduced, the ice crystals undergo sublimation, transforming directly from a solid state to a gaseous state. This sublimation process removes the water content from the material, leaving behind a freeze-dried product.
3. Desorption: The final step in the freeze-drying process is desorption. In this step, any remaining moisture or water molecules are removed from the freeze-dried material. This is typically achieved by continuing to apply heat and maintaining the vacuum environment, which encourages the evaporation of any remaining water.
